We use DHL, the Royal Mail or a similar type of carrier to ship your parcels worldwide, despatch is usually in a couple of days of you paying for your order.
Your goods are thoroughly inspected, your parcels are well packaged and sent using the most appropriate service that is available for the destination country.
Please note that customs, duty and import fees may apply if your order is shipped to a destination outside of the United Kingdom. Our Products are delivered duty unpaid.
UK VAT will be deducted at checkout for international online orders.
If items are returned to us due to unpaid import fees, shipping fees will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our costs.

Owing to the nature of our business and products, returning items is a practice we discourage, if you are unsure of what you are purchasing we ask you to talk to us first
Should a return seem necessary please contact us first by phone, email, whatsapp or instagram DM
All tags and labels must still be attached to the item and it must be as received and undamaged
Items should be returned in the original packaging
Shoes must be tried on in a carpeted area and the soles not be scuffed
Jewellery cannot be returned under any circumstance
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not be refunded

Unless the item has arrived damaged all return costs are for the sender including any duties and taxes that may be incurred by overseas senders
All parcels should be sent via a similar service to that received, be insured and be trackable
Please note, we do not refund delivery or return shipping costs.
14 days to return
Under UK law, unless the item is faulty, you have the right to return an item to us if you have notified us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Unless faulty, a credit note will be issued for any returned item apart from when an agreement to exchange has been made during your call to us to discuss your needs
If a refund is pertinent it will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping costs and processed within 14 days on receipt of returned item(s)
